Returns and Refunds Policy

Buyer can return any item, without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days after home delivery of the product.
Custom made or personalized products can not be returned or exchanged or refunded.
Please do not remove the labels from the goods until buyer are certain that he wish to keep the goods.

In case the buyer decides to exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify by mail the request at info@luigibollini.com indicating the order number.
Then we send an email of “return authorization” with detailed instructions to make restitution. This email should be printed and attached inside the package.

The returned product must be clearly unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition in which it was received by the buyer. The product must be returned with the original protection
and original packaging, with all accessories, instructions and documentation. Refunds damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
The buyer has 14 days to return the product from the date of receipt of the email “return authorization”.

Then we will check the returned items, and If all of these conditions are satisfied, Luigi Bollini will refund the value of the returned product(s), Sales Tax included, less any original shipping costs, by bank transfer.
After examining the goods we will send a notification email.
The costs of delivery of returning product are charged to the buyer.
